Abstract
Is it possible to crack or bypass each and every patent with the help of a Theory of Everything?
No. as long as the patent itself is built upon the most fundamental theory there is, the patent can be considered to be safe.
However, what patents are constructed on such fundamental grounds?
In this paper we will – for obvious reasons – not aim for the destruction of certain specific patents being in existence (and active). Instead, we will simply pick out fields with very high patent density and hint how a fundamental theory could be used to deactivate such existing patents and how to construct safe ones as substitutes.
